While our 30-min sessions burn 400-500 calories and activate 90% of muscles, it won't sculpt your dream body if you're inactive on the couch. Pair with light activity for best results.

What are the Precautions for Using the Machine?

  • Pregnant women, breastfeeding women, and menstruating women cannot use it.

  • Women who are close to menstruation should use it with caution, as it may cause early menstruation or abdominal cramps.

  • It cannot be used in areas with metal or electronic devices implanted (pacemakers, defibrillators, neurostimulators, drug pumps, etc.).

  • Patients with major diseases such as malignant tumors and cancer are prohibited from treatment.

  • Patients with heart disease, arrhythmia, epilepsy, severe hypertension are prohibited from using it.

  • Be careful when using it in areas with artificial fillers in the body.

  • Patients undergoing major surgery need to consult a doctor based on their recovery situation before using it.

  • For those with wounds on the skin, avoid using it when the wound is present.

  • The abdomen cannot be treated when the stomach is full. The abdominal area can be treated for weight loss at least one hour after a meal.

  • Try to avoid the ribs when using it.

  • Before use, you must remove any metal objects you are wearing, and avoid metal objects on your clothes when using it.
