What is EMS training?+

Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS) sends gentle electrical impulses to your muscles through a special suit, intensifying every movement so a 20-minute session delivers a deep, full-body workout.

Who should NOT do EMS?+

EMS is not suitable for people with a pacemaker or other electronic implants, and is not advised during pregnancy or with certain medical conditions. You confirm your eligibility during sign-up.

How do I pay?+

We accept bKash and cash. You can pay online with bKash when buying a package, or choose cash and settle at the studio in Dhaka.

Where are you located?+

Our studio is in Mazar road, Mirpur, Dhaka, Bangladesh. it is inside Global Specialised os All sessions take place at our studio with your personal trainer.

What happens during a session?+

Body scan with 8 electrode body scanner. Warm-up + electrode setup Guided EMS workout (20/30 min) Cool-down + quick progress note

Will it hurt? What will I feel after?+

Most clients do not feel sharp pain. During the session you may feel: -muscle activation/strong contraction (like a challenging workout) -warm sensation from RF -mild tingling or vibration where the pads are placed After the session, common feelings are: -mild soreness in targeted muscles (like after exercise) -slight warmth or sensitivity at the treated area (usually goes away the same day or next day) If anything feels too strong, we adjust intensity and placement immediately. We always start from a safe level

How many sessions until I see changes?+

Results depend on your goal and consistency, but a typical timeline is: 1–3 sessions: better muscle activation, improved posture/body feel 4–6 sessions: early changes in tone/shape (clients often notice waist/leg tightness first) 8–12 sessions: more noticeable transformation with a stronger consistency pattern For best results, follow your recommended plan and checkpoint schedule.

Which areas do you target in full-body protocol?+

Our full-body protocol uses EMS (7 Tesla) + RF to target major muscle groups for reshaping and toning, typically including: • thighs • glutes • core/abdomen focus (with posture-support muscles) Your exact electrode placement is personalized during consultation based on your goal (waist, hips, legs, etc.) and comfort.
